Due to the fragile, consumable, and hygiene-sensitive nature of many of our items, we follow a strict no return, no exchange policy. However, in genuine cases where an item is damaged or incorrect, we offer limited support as outlined below.

General Policy – No Return, No Exchange

To ensure product hygiene, quality, and fairness for all customers, returns or exchanges are not accepted for the following categories:

• Pens, pencils, crayons, and markers
• Paints, color sets, brush pens, and ink-based products
• Brushes, tools, and fine art materials
• Craft kits, paper items, stickers, or adhesive products
• Any product that is used, opened, tampered with, or missing original packaging

All purchases made on Aamantran Stores are final unless covered under the conditions below.

Conditional Return – Damaged or Wrong Product Only

We may approve a return only if:

• The product was received in a damaged condition, or A wrong item was delivered, and
• The request is made within 24 hours of delivery
• The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

To raise a return request, you must:

• Email us at aamantranstores@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the order.
• Provide order number, clear photos/videos of the packaging and product.
• Retain all packaging material for verification.

Our team will assess the claim within 3 business days. If approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund, at our sole discretion.

Refunds – Strictly Limited

Refunds are only issued if:

• We are unable to replace a damaged or wrong item.
• The product qualifies under the approved return process.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Refunds are not issued for:

• Change of mind or personal preference
• Used or opened items
• Delay in delivery due to courier/logistics
• Minor color or design variations (especially for handcrafted or printed items)

Return Shipping

• If the return is approved due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will bear the return shipping cost.

• Returns sent without approval or outside policy terms will be rejected, and no refund will be issued.

Important Terms

• All claims are subject to verification and approval

• Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be considered

• All decisions by Aamantran Stores are final and non-negotiable

• Repeated or false claims may result in account suspension
