🚚 Shipping Coverage

  • We currently deliver only within Jaipur city limits.
  • Orders placed outside Jaipur are not serviceable at this time.
  • Any order mistakenly placed for a non-serviceable location will be cancelled and fully refunded, if already paid.

🌍 Pan-India shipping may be introduced in the future.

⚡ Fast Delivery Promise (Within 2 Hours)

  • All eligible orders are delivered within 2 hours of order confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to:

    • Heavy traffic

    • Weather conditions

    • High order volume

We always strive to deliver as fast as possible.

⏳ Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed immediately after confirmation.
  • Orders placed during business hours are prioritized for same-time delivery.
  • Orders placed outside operational hours will be processed the next working day.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

  • Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain value, based on ongoing offers or promotions.

📸 Damaged or Tampered Deliveries

If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery:

  1. Do not accept the parcel from the delivery agent.

  2. Immediately contact us at aamantranstores@gmail.com with photos/videos of the package.

  3. If accepted without inspection, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement.

🚨 Delays & Unsuccessful Deliveries

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details
  • Customer unavailability
  • Natural or unavoidable logistical issues

If delivery fails due to customer-related reasons, re-delivery charges may apply.

📦 Undelivered Orders & Reattempts

Orders returned due to non-acceptance or incorrect address may incur:

  • Re-delivery charges, or

  • Refund after deduction of delivery and handling costs (if applicable)

🛡️ Risk of Loss

  • Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer once the parcel is handed over to the delivery partner.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery location.
